It is a pleasure to welcome you to our establishment. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay, we have developed hosting policies aimed at providing the best possible service to our guests. We kindly ask you to carefully read the following information, which details our check-in procedures, payments, group policies, and other relevant aspects for your experience with us. We are committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment, and these policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you make the most of your time with us.

    • Payment for accommodations must be made in advance at the time of check-in, and can be done in cash, via Pix, or with debit and credit cards. We do not accept checks.
    • When checking in at the reception, the guest must fill out the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH). Guests under 18 will not be admitted unless accompanied by parents.
    • Expenses not included in the daily rate, such as minibar, telephone, and others, will be added at the time of check-out.
    • If the guest wishes to extend their stay, they must check availability in advance at the reception. Payment must be made in advance.
    • In case of early departure before the reserved and paid period, the refund will follow the payment method used at check-in. If the payment was in cash, debit card, or Pix, the refund will be made via Pix or by deposit/transfer of unused daily rates at check-out.
    • If the payment was made by credit card and/or in installments, it will be necessary to cancel the purchase on the card used. The new payment will be made only for the amounts effectively used.
    • For group reservations, it is necessary to make an advance payment of at least 30% of the total value of the reserved rooms. The final balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the group's arrival.
    • Cancellations of group reservations made 15 days before check-in or in the case of a no-show will result in a penalty of 100% of the amounts paid.
